Simon Mormen

CEO & Founder

Simon oversees offices in both the U.S. and the U.K. He specializes in introducing and customizing global life sciences field force coaching solutions and has led deployments in all major global markets. 

Simon is still actively involved in client consultancy and training around the globe and can often be found submerged in complex IT projects.

David Anderson

Key Account Manager

David is an experienced leader with over 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry. He has a proven track record and vast experience in sales, sales management, training, and leadership development with an emphasis on developing solutions tailored to the individual client and organizational reporting needs. He is also a marathon runner and spends time helping his daughter achieve success in Soccer.

Shimana Prior

Head of Service Delivery

Customer success and customer-centricity is core to Shimana’s day to day work ethic. She brings over 10 years of operational experience in the medical, financial, and software industries. She has also completed her Lean Six Sigma qualification.

In Shimana’s spare time, you will find her in the kitchen cooking up a storm and spending time with family and friends.

Kevin Dowsett

Head of Client Services

Kevin oversees project deployment and customer support teams in the US and UK. Kevin works with international corporations to implement Sales Training and Field Force Effectiveness tools across customer organizations. He ensures aCoach tools provide maximum ROI through exceptional customer service and support. Kevin enjoys tabletop wargames and painting award-winning miniature soldiers.

Ashley Youngs

Director of Customer Experience

Ashley has over 20 years of experience in delivering high-profile technology-led solutions to the corporate marketplace. This strong business acumen and passion have helped build the Atomus brand and user experience to a world-leading standard. He has a background in racing off-road motorcycles and has recently been seen driving dirt oval race cars.

Beth McNamara

Project Manager

Beth is an experienced Project Manager, with over 5 years working for government organizations and in the software industry. Beth’s focus is on implementing the aCoach solution and ensuring all client requirements are met.

In her spare time Beth enjoys mountain walking and dinner with friends.

Deepak Sunaria

Technology Director

Deepak heads the Application Development, Testing and Cloud Infrastructure teams at Atomus. As a Microsoft Azure Certified Professional with over 20 years industry experience, Deepak has helped clients to set-up, launch, and integrate aCoach in over 40 countries. He is driven by innovation and new technologies. Outside of work, Deepak can be found spending time with his family, enjoying great food, and solving complex puzzles

Nicola Rosa

Head of Corporate Services

Nicky has over 20 years corporate services experience within Healthcare and Aviation, always with a heavy focus on customer service.  She is integral in the day to day running of Atomus in the UK and the US.  Nicky oversees Finance, HR and Legal.

In her spare time, she runs a busy household and provides short term foster care for assistance dogs.

Support Services

The Atomus team will provide detailed pilot and go-live scenario options based on your timeline, with provision for live, web-based and video training sessions to ensure that aCoach is embedded and optimized from the outset.

The aCoach Help Desk relieves the pressure from your IT help desk, even providing First Line support of aCoach if required. This minimizes the need for extensive help desk training and alleviates additional calls to your help desk.
