As always we like to practice what we preach so as well as extolling the benefits of remote training and mentoring to our clients and facilitating the implementation of web based training for them we also use it ourselves.

In July we linked up for 2 hrs of our quarterly team meeting to Brazil, US, Spain and the UK with great feedback from all involved. Chris who heads up our Java team is currently working from Brazil and Kevin heads up our Lotus Notes development from his home in Spain.

We have been working closely with Dr. Renee Booth and Michele Porterfield from top Leadership development organization “Leadership Solutions” www.leadership-solutions.com in Philadelphia on a Virtual Coaching solution and they were interested in trying out remote coaching so we supplied the technology and they supplied the content, a very interesting (and eye-opening for some) interactive session on core beliefs and values.

We found the whole experience with Atomus unique and rewarding. We are keen to perfect our on line training and are working diligently on refactoring our most popular Leadership Development courses and will be promoting our services to a wider global audience in 2011.

The session was great and ran without any technical glitches using pretty basic equipment (i.e. no presentation studio etc) and every one found it really easy to have two way conversations with monitors and a 50" screen at the front of the room.

We plan to repeat the experience at every team meeting linking to clients as well as trainers, and Leadership Solutions realized that suddenly – the world really is their Oyster!!
